Any advice gratefully received. I ran speccy and the motherboard seems to be surging between 50 and 70 degrees on about a 20 second cycle. I received this computer today (Specs Below) from PCS and since I turned it on and throughout the last 10 hours the fans on the top of the case have been revving and slowing down.
